Description

In this 90' workshop you will learn how to safely and effectively increase your range of motion in hips, shoulders, and spine. We will begin with a yoga practice that includes different dynamic mobility and flexibility drills to warm up our bodies.
We will then slowly move to increase flexibility trying to meet the resistance in our body with softness.
Work with your breath, and trust it will take you exactly where you need to go.
