New beginners as well as regular students are welcome to this in person class at Old School House, St Johns Road, Hedge End.

There are a wide range of abilities in the classes. Variations are given to safely support anyone, no matter their flexibility, mobility or experience. Students can also opt to join online (not for beginners).
