This is a special session led by Rachel's trainee, Leonie. A reduced rate is offered. Leonie is in the 3rd year of her teaching training. The session is priced at £5 for this week only.

This is a mixed levels class, particularly for those with 1 year or more Iyengar yoga experience who want to progress their practice.

We work systematically through a wide range of poses, adjusting methods according to the individual ability of the students. Not recommended for new beginners.
