Guided Practice is a subscription based class for experience students only who like to follow a practice without interaction or individual instruction. You can book on to this class via a drop-in fee or sign up for the monthly subscription (contact Rachel for the monthly subscription link). The monthly subscription gives you access to all previous recordings via a members only webpage and WhatsApp group.
