Description
Donation based 60 minute online class for regular Iyengar Yoga students only. Tuesdays (Pranayama), Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays covering level 2 asana. Pay what you can afford. Participants should have a regular Iyengar Yoga practice. Not recommended for beginners. Zoom recordings available.
