Description

This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnant women and allow them to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period in their lives. Specific postures are performed with the purpose of connecting with their pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole, bringing balance and alignment to the pelvis, pelvic floor, pelvic and uterine ligament with the intention of encouraging your baby into a more optimal birthing position so you may have a more functional, less complicated birth. Some pranayama, chanting, and mediation may be included.
This class is exclusive for pregnant women. Permission from a physician is recommended for this class.
