This class is aimed at improving your mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina. This will help improve your physical performance in all areas of life from walking to working out. If you swing a stick, club or racquet, kick a ball, run or cycle, yoga can help your over all performance. Yoga also aids recovery across a variety of pursuits from sports to gardening to walking the dog, driving or sitting at a desk all day. Everyone can benefit from these classes suitable for beginners up, variations will be offered for those who want to progress their practice.
