Qigong is a moving meditation concentrating on body, breath and mind. Practicing Qigong has many benefits including; strengthening muscles, improving balance, increasing flexibility, reducing stress and anxiety, better sleep, reduced blood pressure, stabalised hormones, better digestion and improved mental focus. It is suitable for all abilities and can be practiced while seated for those with limited mobility.
