Description
A slow moving flow yoga with lots of guidance and instruction allowing time to get into and feel the poses improving mind, body and breath connection. Variations will be offered for those wanting a stronger practice. This class is suitable for beginners with some yoga experience, intermediates and those wanting to refreshers their yoga knowledge or as a warm up cool down for other sports and activities.
