Description
This class will concentrate on strength, stamina, flexibility and balance to help improve your performance and accuracy.
Yoga will improve your proprioception; knowing where your body is in relation to its surroundings and your interoception; the ability to feel into your body to enable better body position, alignment and weight transfer. Through yoga you can also develop a mindful calmness and improve your breathing technique giving you greater breath control during your swing.
THIS IS A 6 WEEK COURSE
