Why not spend a few hours taking care of yourself?
Join us in the tranquil surroundings of the Castlereagh Hills for this 2 hour work shop of selfcare to improve your mental and physical well being. This workshop will lead you through a session of qigong and guasha for body and face, energising and therapeutic practices; followed by 40 minutes of yoga nidra to rest your body and mind. Don't worry if you haven't done these practices before these are simple follow along movements that anyone can do. These practices should leave you feeling restored and rebalanced, yet invigorated.
A prop useful for the practice will be gifted to you as part of the package.
There will be light refreshments to finish so add a little extra time if you would like to linger on your mat with a cuppa.
