A lovely way to start your week, Yin Yoga encourages you to stretch out, slow down, relax and restore body and mind. The long held poses works on fascia release improving flexibility, performance, mental wellbeing and quality of sleep. We use props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to sustain the long holds "comfortably". If you haven't got props don't worry a rolled towel, pillows and cushions will suffice. Make sure your space is comfortable as we end will a long relaxation. I encourage you to come ready for bed. Suitable for all abilities.
