What ever level you are at this hatha class will strengthen your body.
Strengthening your body will do more than improve your balance and stability. This total body sequence we will work on arms, legs, torso, bottom and waist leading to a more toned physic.
Consistency is the key to seeing results so I suggest booking a 6 week block of these classes with a 6 class pass which gives you 1 free class.
