Qigong is a wonderful practice that brings body, mind and breath together to work with our energy in a therapeutic way. It is similar to Tai Chi, something you may be familiar with.
The practice not only improves mental wellbeing but also helps mobility, flexibility, strength, stamina, stability and balance. It is as effective done seated as it is standing so is great for all levels of ability.
Please spread the word, bring a friend or suggest it to those you know who may like to start a new movement practice.
No previous experience is required, clothing just needs to be comfortable and not restrictive (joggers & t-shirt or gym gear) and a mat will improve your comfort but is not essential.
