Adele is passionate about making a positive difference to people’s physical and mental wellbeing, and her classes encourage students to tune into their bodies and help them to benefit from the transformative effects of yoga.

Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to energise the body, focus the mind, and uplift the spirit. Practised in a gently heated room, this class combines creative sequencing, flowing transitions, and strength-building postures to create a moving meditation that leaves you feeling both powerful and calm.

The warmth of the room helps to release muscular tension, increase circulation, and allow your body to move more freely and deeply into each posture. As you flow, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility, while also cultivating mindfulness and awareness through steady breathwork.

Beyond the physical, Hot Flow offers powerful mental and emotional benefits. The heat and movement work together to detoxify the body, boost energy levels, and clear the mind of stress and mental clutter. Many students leave class feeling lighter, more grounded, and with an overall sense of clarity and wellbeing.
