Warm Sunrise Slow Flow is a soothing practice that will gentle wake up your body and mind, setting you up for the day ahead. The heat and movement work together to detoxify the body, boost energy levels, and clear the mind of stress and mental clutter. The warmth of the room combined with the slower pace helps to release muscular tension, increase circulation, and allow your body to move more freely and deeply into each posture. As you move, you’ll improve mobility, balance and flexibility, while also cultivating mindfulness and awareness through steady breathwork.
