Experience the original hot yoga sequence. Hot 26 yoga is a dynamic 60-minute practice performed in a heated room designed to detoxify the body, increase circulation, and deepen flexibility.

The class follows a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, each carefully sequenced to work the entire body—muscles, joints, organs, and glands—while building strength, balance, and focus.

The heat allows the body to stretch safely and encourages a deep release of tension, while the discipline of the sequence cultivates mental clarity and resilience.
