This Autumn I invite you to an evening of letting go and embracing the transition towards a slower pace.

🍁A grounding yin yoga practice welcoming autumn, embracing slowing down and purely being.
☕️ Cacao ceremony, as the trees let go and embrace change so will we.
✨ 1hr sound bath, nurturing vibrations led by @healthysouljo
