I'm all about yoga being for everyone and everyBODY! Chair yoga is a great way for older adults and disabled people to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga.
Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who aren’t flexible can safely do the exercises.
Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
The class will begin with breathing techniques-pranyama to ease any stress and anxiety and help us feel more present. We will practice gentle stretching and a chair based sun salutations, and will close with relaxation time.
I diffuse essential oils in my classes to stimulate the senses and enrich your yoga you time.
COVID measures in place to keep you safe:
-Air flow in the hall- doors open
-Entrance and Exit doors
-hand gel stations
-chairs will be 2m apart
-no equipment lent out from me

Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am. £10 pay as you go (booking essential) or £8 Per class when booked as a block booking-10 classes for £80. Booking essential on MoMo Yoga system-contact me if you need to for help getting set up! Here you'll have the option to pay by card or cash on the morning and also you can keep track of all of your classes with me.
No Class 7th Sep 2021 as i'm away. As of 14th September venue will be changed to Downton Memorial Hall-The bonvalot Room Upstairs but there is a lift.
