Join me in this enlightening workshop where we will explore the 7 energy centres of the body through our practice and close the evening with a beautiful sound bath.

We will begin with discussing the chakras, giving you an understanding of what they are, where they are located and symptoms of under or over activity in each one and the importance of keeping them in balance.

We will then open our practice with a guided meditation and pranayama (breath work) to awaken and bring awareness to these spaces.

Our yoga practice will follow and is suitable for all abilities and new comers to yoga too! I will teach you poses to nourish and bring balance to the chakras and you'll have a chance to try out your chakra roll on oils which are included in the evening too!

The practice will close in shavasana total relaxation with a guided body scan of the chakras.

There will then be a chance to ask questions and have a little tea break before we settle down and cosy up to enjoy an hour long sound bath from the wonderful @heathysouljo soundwaves have been used throughout history to settle and unblock energy channels within the body for many many years.
