I'm very excited to be holding another Christmas event for you all! Last year's was so lovely and a wonderful way to kick off the festive season. Some total you time amongst the chaos that can be Crimbo-A gift to yourself if you like! The evening will be super chilled with drinks, creativity and relaxation. We will be led by the fabulous Pamela Pitman creating Christmas wreaths, Pam (aka my mum!) has practiced flower arranging for over 10 years and creates seasonal displays for the local church and even did the flowers at my own wedding! She's asked me to let you know she's not a qualified florist, and the aim of this part of the evening will be about having fun and getting creative! She's super talented and I'm so excited for this mum daughter collab! Christmas is about family after all. We'll be using seasonal plants and be surrounded by the scents and feel good vibes of yule time.

I will then lead a 90 minute Yin class, to help you find stillness and deep tissue release, letting go of tension and stress. We will also work on the kidney and bladder meridian lines and channel the water element symbolic of winter.

This is the perfect antidote if you are hosting this year and already stressing! Or to attend with a friend or family member you won't be seeing on Christmas and would like to share time together.
