Candlelit Yin yoga & Soundbath Evening

Falling just after Diwalli the festival of light, and upon the weekend of bonfire night. We will join together for an evening of finding light in this season where the nights are longer and darker. The ideal time for reflecting and venturing inwards.

This will be a very relaxed evening. Yin yoga will be suitable for all abilities. Poses in Yin are held for longer giving more time for deep tissue release, connection with the breath and contemplation. Mirroring the darker peaceful season around us. The perfect way to seek calm and inner peace as we head towards the build up of Christmas.

The Soundbath will be 1 hour long and led by the very talented Jo Jefferies, the vibrations of sound acting to restore balance within the body and free blockages of energy within.

You will also receive a beautiful Soy wax candle to take home with you so you can bring back the energy of the evening with you and find some calm and light when you need to this season.
