Welcome in the New Year with me with this slow gentle Yin practice. I've given you a couple of weeks to recover from the festivities and take down the decks! Time to refresh and recover.

We'll move through a series of long held yin poses themed around the TCM winter element of Water and the associated meridian lines The Kidney and Bladder. This deeply nourishing Yin time gives us the needed energy, vision, and purpose with which to emerge into spring- a season of growth, renewal of spirit, and fresh starts.

We will close with a cleansing sound bath held by the wonderful Healthy Soul Jo. Encouraging energy flow within the body.
