✨This evening will help to nourish your energy for Springtime. In Traditional Chinese Medicine this season is associated with the Wood element, this relates to our Liver and Gallbladder energy.

🌱Spring is the time for expanding, creating, cleansing, growing and moving upward and outward both mentally and physically. We take our inspiration from nature-dormant life re-awakens, trees bud, bulbs in the ground move upwards, the light of the day lengthens, and nature begins to blossom.

The evening will include:
🧘🏽90 min Yin Yoga practice and acupressure centered around the spring meridian lines and Wood element. Shedding the old and cultivating aspirations for the year ahead.
🍫Cacao ceremony manifesting new beginnings
💫1hr Cleansing Sound bath led by the wonderful Jo Jeffery
🌷Goodie bag to take the evenings intentions home with you
