Your mid-week morning full body wake up! This class is a fusion of yoga, mobility, breath work and Pilates style strengthening drills. Aimed at toning and building strength within the body through postures, movement and balance. We will be focusing on core and pelvic floor tone and upper body strength, in addition to flexibility and improving posture.

The class is for all abilities and you don't need to have any experience of yoga to come along! I will give lots of options for adaptations throughout so you can make your time on the mat best suit you.

Yogic element such as breath-work (Pranayama) and closing relaxation (Savasana) will also be included to balance this energising practice.

Bring your own mat if you have one, or let me know if you would like to borrow one. A water bottle would also be a good idea, wear clothes that are easy to move in and extra layers as your body temperature may fluctuate.

Let me know if you have any injuries or health conditions before class and we can adapt your practice to suit you. If you are attending post-partum, please ensure GP has given you the OK to do so.

Venue: Morgan's Vale Village Hall, The Ridge, Redlynch, SP5 2LD. Car park with plenty of parking on site.
