Description
A gorgeous slow evening practice... Holding poses for longer periods of time than a usual Hatha Class, concentrating on deeper connective tissues, particularly areas around the hips and shoulders. Perfect for those who spend long periods seated or at a desk, or those repetitively using areas of the body in more physical work. We will also explore pranayama (breathing techniques) to support the body and mind in these poses.
Ending the day with Yin is a wonderful way to switch off and check in with the body and mind, slowing things down after a busy (yang) day to find balance. Yin is also a very accessible form of yoga perfect for those with medical conditions or injuries.
I have mats but you might like to bring a blanket or pillows to get comfy and warm in these longer positions and during our final relaxation.

You can and purchase class passes on here and choose to pay by card or cash on the evening then reserve your space on the date you’d like.
