Description
These post-natal yoga classes are designed for the new mum and beyond, with particular emphasis given to strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal core, and releasing the neck, shoulders and back (all the achy bits from carrying babies and toddler wrangling!). These classes offer you to opportunity to take an hour out of your day to self-care, meet with other mums, and not have to arrange care for your child or attend a class at night.
Classes very relaxed and we know that children can be unpredictable. Mums are welcome to change nappies, breast or bottle feed, comfort their little ones and just do what they need to do. We are all in the same boat, so giggles, squeals, jiggles and cries are welcome in this class!
