"My journey with yoga began during my own health struggles. About 10 years ago, I turned to yoga as a source of healing to help face personal challenges and found solace in its transformative power. My mind, body and soul started transforming, and I started incorporating yoga into my every day life. After doing my 200 hour training I was seeking a deeper dive into my own personal practice. I finally found what my soul was looking for in the Dharma practice. Learning form a master of yoga has opened my heart and gave me even more drive to find the true meaning of the self and life. I am currently studying the Dharma Life of a Yogi for my 500 hour training. I cant wait to be able to share all Dharmas beautiful teachings and live fully as a yogi."
Description
Come enjoy this yummy hip opening exploration. The class is a well-rounded vinyasa based sequence suited for all levels to take a tour of the hips. We will be building strength, opening the front,back and side of the hip joint. This sequence will help mobilize the the hip koint in all directions and will also help find buoyancy throughout the body. The intention of class is the hips but it is also a time for students to get out of their own heads and come into a sense of nourishment, surrender, and connection with themselves.
