I am called to hold space for women to gather in circle for the solstice this month. To cut cords of attachment (ceremony inspired by Angela Kaye of Healing Soma Massage in Webster) in a cord cutting ceremony and to bring our individual beats into the flow together.

What to expect:
🔆 A Sacred circle opening.
🔆 A brief guided meditation to settle your mind, root into your being and uncover what you need to release.
🔆 Each person will receive a piece of string for the cord cutting ceremony.
🔆 After the releasing we will flow right into drumming and dancing.
🔆 We will end our time together by closing the sacred circle.
🔆 Help to clean up.

What to bring:
🔆 Yourself - it is ok if you don't have a drum. Bring your energy to contribute and absorb the vibration or move your body.
🔆 Drums or shakers.
🔆 Open Mind and Open Heart.
🔆 The event is donation based, what ever that means to you.
