Join me for an upbeat vinyasa flow. Knowledge of the yoga poses is needed in this Vinyasa class as we will be flowing faster than my slow flow class. The music will be upbeat with words and we will take an energized journey through our chakras. Expect to create some heat, but there are always modifications and options to meet your personal edge in that moment. I will encourage you to rest when ever you need to and remind you that you are powerful beyond measure. That you can do the hard things!

I will be accepting weekly class cards for the pop up or a $15 drop in fee. Venmo, cash or check are preferred, but there is always an option to pay with a credit card if that works best for you. Pre-payment is required for pop ups. If you register, please make every effort to attend. If you cancel your attendance less than an hour before class a refund will not be available.
