Description
Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for a monthly FREE Gentle Yoga Class. The movement will be extra slow and breath work and meditation will be highlighted as a way to learn how to pause and slow down. We will stretch our bodies and minds and work to release what is no longer serving us. I would be honored to hold space for you. All are welcome so come as you are and take what you need! Lots of modifications will be offered.
This is a great chance to try yoga for the first time in a safe supported environment or just give yourself the gift of 1 hour of a gentle, relaxing flow to reset and start the new month off fresh. Come by yourself! Bring a friend! Bring your family! Kids are always welcome if they are able to focus and are interested in participating in a slow, meditative hour long yoga class!
What to bring:
❤️ Yoga mat
❤️ Water/hydration
❤️ A throw blanket or yoga blanket.
❤️ A belt or long thin scarf to aid in stretching if you are unable to touch your toes.
❤️ Yoga blocks
Registration is required as space is limited at Body By Design. Head to www.momoyoga.com/roots-to-fly-wellness (or click on the ticket link in the event) to reserve your spot in class! If you aren't a student of mine you will need to create a new student profile, then register for class. Please make sure your receive the email confirmation of your class registration to ensure you registered correctly.
