Description
I had so much fun holding space for and moving with you last month! This month will be a little different. We will start with a releasing/cord cutting ceremony. After our release and calling in we will then move into some drumming for about 30 minutes. The drumming will then transition into about 40 mins of movement. We will end back in circle to share if we are called and close the circle together.
Please try and arrive 10-15 minutes early to take care of payment if you are paying with cash, set up and settle in so we can begin on time. Thank you!

A drum or shaker
Journal and writing instrument if you are called to write.
