Holding space on your journey to find within yourself your roots to fly.

Description

This is a 45 minute class mediation class open to all experience levels.

What to expect?
A 30 minute meditation followed by 15 minutes for tea and sharing. Never done meditation before? No worries, this is the perfect time to try it out. No experience with prior meditation is needed for this class.

There will be a selection of organic herbal teas with disposable to-go cups (feel free to bring your own travel mug). As you enter you'll pick your tea and put it in your cup and set yourself up for meditation. Meditation can be done laying, sitting, or reclining, whatever is best for you. After meditation I will come around with boiled water to pour into your cups and you can sip as we share in circle for 15 minutes.

Give yourself 30 minutes of peace and pause and nurture your mind, body, heart and soul.When we pause we find the time to tune into ourselves and what we're trying to tell ourselves so we can act rather than react. So we can make decisions more intuitively. So we can live from a heart centered space rather than from our fear-based anxiety and worry.

Making connections within ourselves and weaving webs of connection with others can help to nurture our body, mind, spirit, heart and soul. Bringing ourselves into a state of rest and restore. Sharing what came up for you in meditation is always optional. It is powerful if you choose to, but it's just as powerful to hold space for others on their journey that are called to share as well.

The plan is that each class we will go through a different style and type of meditation for you to try on.
Types of meditations we will journey with:
Breath work
Sound bowls
Guided journeys to peaceful places
Guided journeys inward to the chakras.

Cost is $15 or your class card can be used.

What to bring?
Yoga mat
Yoga blocks
Yoga blanket
Bolster
Pillow
And anything else you may need to get yourself comfortable for your meditative experience.

All supplies will be available to borrow at the studio.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
***Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up and settle in. Class will begin on time. Late arrivals will not be able to join in due to the nature of this class.***
