Description
We will start standing and center in mountain with breath work briefly. Flowing through an energized Vinyasa practice through each chakra (with modifications for all levels of yoga practice). Ending in a savasana for integration.
I'm this class we will bring our awareness to our energy centers to cleanse, clear and re-energize ourselves for the holidays. Carve out some time to take care of your alignment. Protect your energy so you don't take on others energies in gatherings. Release the things that are no longer serving you so you aren't needlessly triggered. Remember, the things you do to bring peace to your body, mind, spirit, heart and soul will emanate outward to your family, friends, community and the world.
Cost: $15 or use your class card!
Be sure to bring a water and dress in clothes you can move in.
