Calling forward the wild women in us all! Let's gather and weave webs of connection and support through the slumbering winter months celebrating the winter solstice together. Resting in gratitude for making it this far and for all of your blessings this year. Stand in your truth, reignite your flame and share your gifts in a supportive, nurturing community where you don't need to explain yourself. You are welcome here, just as you are.
We will begin in the barn to open circle and take you on a journey inward with a guided meditation by Jenn accompanied by a sound bath by Susan.
We will then bundle up to take a contemplative, individualized nature walk down to the chime trees. Pausing to breathe with our central channel breath if you are called to and root into nature each step on your journey.
We will gather around the fire with our drums and shakers for guided breath work. Breathing into your solar plexus, rewriting your perceptions and igniting your inner flame! Honoring your shadows and becoming the light and shining it bright.
We will then focus on what we want to bring more of into our lives in the coming season and send that into the fire. Stepping more deeply and fully into our personal power.
We will seal the energy with
Drumming around fire! Movement optional!
We will head back up to barn for cider, cocoa, tea conversation and a nature craft.
We will end with a circle with an option to speak your truth and share thoughts.
Optional Crafts:
Pinecone Wish Ornaments
Pinecones are abundant in winter and perfect for handmade ornaments. You can tuck small written wishes between their scales or decorate them simply with paint and twine.
What You’ll Need to bring:
Pinecones, cleaned and dried
What we will provide:
* Small strips of paper for wishes
* Natural jute twine or ribbon for hanging
* Paint or metallic markers
We will write down a few short intentions or blessings and roll them into tiny scrolls. Gently tuck each one between the scales. Add a loop of twine or ribbon at the top and decorate the edges with a touch of paint if you’d like.
Twig stars:
Twig stars symbolize guidance and light through the darker months. They’re simple to build and add a rustic touch to your decor.
What You’ll Need to bring:
Five small twigs per star
What we will provide:
Twine or thin wire
Scissors
You will arrange the twigs into a five-pointed star and tie the intersections securely with twine.
You can add small bits of greenery or berries for color if you have it.
Cost: Donation based (what ever that means to you)
