Description
Restorative, Reiki and Inner Garden Guided Meditation. Combining my reiki and restorative class with my spring meditation (that I had to cancel because of not feeling well)!
We will begin by dropping into our bodies and nurturing our nervous systems with a restorative yoga practice. In this practice we rest in fully supported poses for 5 minutes each. Each person will receive 5 minutes of Reiki during the restorative portion of our practice together. Spring is about renewal and rebirth and planting new seeds of intentions that you want to set for yourself in the coming season. After our restorative practice our 7th pose will lead us into a guided meditation focused on conscious manifestation. Journeying inward to our gardens we will plant some seeds and pull the weeds with love and gratitude for all the lessons learned. We will end with tea and conversation.
This gathering is $25. I accept Venmo, cash, check or you can pay online via credit card upon registration.
Registration is required. Space is limited to 6 so each person is able to receive 5 minutes of Reiki. 24 hour notice of cancellation for Pop ups is kindly requested, 2 hour notice of cancellation is required for credit on your Momoyoga profile.
