Description

Join me for a peaceful reconnection into your physical body through, intentional and gentle movement, focused and guided breath work, energy directing hand mudras and meditation. We will take a few moments to center into ourselves and then we will ground and connect into the earth and drop into the moment. We will then root into our breath with some focused breathwork and hand mudras and then move into some seated, kneeling and standing postures to gently shift and release the tension of the day. This will be slower and much more gentle than my slow flow. In Hatha Yoga we are not focused on linking our breath and movement together so these will focused and simple postures rooted in the physical body. This is the perfect practice for any beginner and completely accessible for anyone that has never done yoga before. All these gentle movements can be modified to do seated in a chair if you prefer. Please just let me know ahead of time so that I can have chairs available if you need them. We will end with a deeply integrative savasana.
