Join Jenn Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for a peaceful reconnection into your physical body through intentional and gentle stretches and movement, focused and guided breath work, energy directing hand mudras and meditation.
What to expect in class?
We will center into ourselves and ground and root into the earth to drop into the present moment. We will connect into our energy body with some focused breathwork and hand mudras to calm the nervous system and clear the head space. We will spend a good portion of class gently stretching our bodies. There will be some kneeling and maybe even a few standing postures to gently shift and release the tension of the day. This will be slow and much more gentle than even my slow flow. We will stretch like my Yin class, but not as intense or a long. There will not be any balance poses or a focus on strengthening poses such downward facing dog. In Hatha Yoga we are not focused on linking poses together so these will be focused and simple postures rooted in the physical body. We will end with a deeply integrative Savasana.
Who is this class for?
This is the perfect practice for any beginner. This is completely accessible for anyone that has never done yoga before. You just need to come with an open mind and an open heart and a faith in yourself that you are right where you need to be. This class is also accessible for folks that might not be able to sit all the way down on the floor or stand for yoga class as all these gentle movements can be modified to do seated in a chair if you prefer. Please just let me know ahead of time so that I can have chairs available if you need them (I need to bring chairs from my home). This class will also be great for even the seasoned Yogi. This class will be perfect for anyone looking to slow down and nurture themselves. For anyone looking to recalibrate their nervous system and find more stillness in their body. For anyone looking to drop a little deeper into their soulful selves and begin to release the layers of the protective personality with love, gratitude, peace, acceptance and forgiveness. This will also be a perfect class for anyone looking to train their minds and bodies to slow down. If you tend to avoid slowing down this class could offer you the safe space to explore the possibilities and potentials locked inside yourself. So ask yourself if slowing down seems unattainable or inaccessible? Does slowing down stress you out or make you anxious? This class could offer you a powerful reconnection back into your truth. Back into your power. Back into your sovereignty. Whatever reason you are called to this class, I would be honored to hold space for your journey.

Some yoga gear will be available to borrow. Please bring your own yoga blanket, as supplies are limited.
Registration is required. Space is limited to 7 yogis. Head to www.momoyoga.com/roots-to-fly-wellness to secure your space. Venmo, cash, or check are preferred. Credit card payments are available online for your convenience.
You're welcome to register right up to the very moment class begins, but for planning purposes I do ask that if you plan on registering that you try and do so at least 2 hours before class. This enables to me to know if I have enough people for class as I do require that I have two yogis registered to hold class. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Cancellation policy:
I kindly ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation. A 2 hour notice of cancellation is required for the class to be credited to your Momoyoga account for future use. If an emergency arises please text me at 774-289-0014. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
