Our Menopause Monthly Yoga class has been created especially to help women at all stages of the menopause.

£15.00 includes 90mins of yoga practise followed by 30mins to grab a cuppa, ask questions and have a chat.

From the rocky road of Perimenopause to the unchartered waters of Postmenopause, or for those who have absolutely no idea where they are on the menopause journey – we’ve got you covered!

Includes 90mins of yoga practise including, movement, breathwork, meditation and restorative poses all specially adapted to help manage the main symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.

There’ll also be a chance to grab a cuppa and have a chat.

Our Menopause Yoga® class runs monthly at Rosieglo Yoga studio, so that you can promise yourself a regular menopause m.o.t. to keep on top of things and bring you back to you.

No yoga experience is needed so all levels are welcome.
