9:30 am - 10:30 am
Rosieglo Yoga Studio
Description
Get the best of both worlds with this uplifting blend of Yoga and Pilates.
We combine Pilates-inspired mat work to build strength, stability and support functional movement with flowing yoga, mobility and stretching to leave your whole body feeling strong, open and balanced.
Expect to use props such as resistance bands and small balls to add variety and a little extra oomph, before slowing things down with deeper stretches and a nourishing restorative pose.
You’ll finish with a few blissful moments of relaxation, leaving you feeling like you’ve worked your body and given it some love.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience, as long as you’re comfortable getting up and down from the mat.
