Start the week right with a glorious Monday morning stretch in our Morning Yoga class.
Suitable for all, this is a gentle flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the week.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achey backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time complete with a dab of aromatherapy oil and mini head massage – a little treat at the end of the class :)
