Welcome your body to a new day. This is an all-levels class, suitable for students who are new to yoga, returning students as well as long-standing practitioners.
Each week we will work together on personal alignment, strength, flexibility and mindful application of yoga flow sequences, breath work and meditation practices.
Our focus will always be to make each session a fun and enjoyable way to wake up the mind and body.
You will leave feeling more open and ready to face your day.
Book with the following class passes:-
