A 30 minute yoga back easer, teaser, pleaser :)

We tune-in and move with compassion to show our lower back a bit of care and attention.

This class is great if you tend to carry tightness around the lower back area, the quadratus lumborum muscles (QL), the sacral area, the glutes and hips.

We gently target and connect with these areas to bring a sense of ease and that ahhh that's better feeling.

A bolster or some cushions for savasana might be nice if you have them to hand.
