We work into the hip joint, exploring our range of movement and helping to ease out tightness.

We begin low on the ground, gradually warming up our hips and make our way up to some active lunge work, before softening down to the mat to finish with a supported glorious savasana.

A couple of blocks or thick books might be useful if you have them handy, but don't fret if you don't. It's all good :)
