WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE CLASS.
CLOTHES: I recommend to wear clothing that won't restrict your movement. Leggings that help me and you to see and adjust your pose, long fitted tops that won't ride up or flop over your head in downward dog, and sports bras that give good support.
MAT: I can provide mats or you can bring yours. If you use mine I suggest to bring a towel.
ABOUT EATING: please eat two hours before class.

We will create the mindfulness Jar. Mindful tool for kids to use any time they need to find calm, unwind, or release anger and tension.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE WORKSHOP
- clear Jar with well-sealed lid and label off
- Warm water
- Clear school glue
- 1 cooking colouring of their choice
- 1 tbsp of glitters and 1 tbsp of chunky glitters or shapes.

I will guide you to make it and how to use it with other kids at the camp.
