CLOTHES: I recommend to wear clothing that won't restrict your movement. Leggings that help me and you to see and adjust your pose, long fitted tops that won't ride up or flop over your head in downward dog, and sports bras that give good support.

MAT: I can provide few mats or you can bring yours.

I'm Rossella Forastiero, the local teacher currently in maternity leave and classes are covered by other teachers. I'll be back in a month lovely to meet you soon!
