I chose to become a Yoga instructor to assist others in finding more loving ways to help themselves deal with the (at times) harsh world we live in. I do this with many styles & modalities.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where you connect the movements of your body to your breath. Gentle Vinyasa takes time to isolate movements as your body begins to open itself, piecing the sections of poses into a flow later in the class. Winding down with soothing postures that make savasana easier to find.
