I chose to become a Yoga instructor to assist others in finding more loving ways to help themselves deal with the (at times) harsh world we live in. I do this with many styles & modalities.

This class is great for all ages and abilities.
Hailey's Tai Chi ~ QiGong classes are designed with everyone in mind. The styles taught are for the wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome to join in this group class feel.
This class is a wonderful gentle movement for arthritis and other ailments. The forms and posters are able to be done in a chair or standing.
