Description
Under the light of the Harvest Moon, we gather to honor the turning of the season : a moment of illumination, abundance, and release.
This immersive yoga practice invites you into a slower, more intuitive rhythm. Through breath, movement, and stillness, we’ll connect with the energy of the full moon: illuminating what has come to fruition, softening what no longer serves us, and creating space for what is ready to emerge.
A ritual of movement, reflection, and renewal guided by the moon, grounded in the body.
Come to gather. Come to release. Come to begin again.
