Description
Drop-in and treat yourself to a slow flow postural yoga class to gently stretch and release accumulating tension. This class will give space to quiet the mind, find comfort in the body and restore vital energy. Arrive between 3:45-4p (no late arrivals, please). $10-25 sliding fee - cash or Venmo payments accepted.
